RVX, is looking for an experienced FX TD.

This position is open to both in-person and remote-only candidates, but candidates must be based in Europe.

Essential Skills and Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience as an FX TD in film, TV, or high-end VFX production.
  • Strong proficiency with Houdini.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a VFX, animation, or post-production environment.
  • Ability to problem-solve technical challenges and optimize complex scenes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with other departments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple shots and meet deadlines.
  • Good eye for composition, motion, and scale.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with CFX, cloth, fur and hair.
  • Experience with Ayon Pipeline.
  • Familiarity with Flow/ShotGrid is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Python and MEL scripting for automation, tools and pipeline integration.
